Ok, i built from stable branch 2.6.32-zen2-ARCH-20091216-stable-06460-gb772b71
first: periodical kernel panics when i use s2ram/pm-suspend(found nothing in logs)
second: acpi error messages spam with system lags(dunno how to reproduce)

My first idea, is to try 2.6.32-zen3 (not yet released, but git version would work) - it contains 2.6.32.2 which contains some acpi fixes, I would also try 2.6.32.2 upstream if the problem still exists there.

Still remains in 2.6.32-zen5-ARCH-20100106-stable-06597-gca15b8f and 2.6.33-rc2-zen1-ARCH-20100105-dev-07505-g716e0de

Now testing default arch linux kernel.

it's a pity, but i got same error in archlinux kernel. I guess vanilla the same.
