I found out 2.6.32-zen2 and 2.6.31-zen10 will have some problem reading inode or blocks created by squashfs.
The compressed file created without error, but some error about not able to read inode or block will occur while mounting that file.
Not sure if it is a problem with squashfs or compression/decompression.
This error can always be reproduced with random error on inode.
The problem disappear when I reverted back to 2.6.30.

We have the squashfs-devel git tree merged in, basically due to it containing lzma compression support - apparently it may be broken in some way or require something special to work, I'll look into it.
