my current kernel config

could be flagged invalid...the following happens, if I install radeon-ucode and enter into the kernel:
CONFIG_FIRMWARE_IN_KERNEL=y
CONFIG_EXTRA_FIRMWARE_DIR="/lib/firmware"
CONFIG_EXTRA_FIRMWARE="radeon/R600_rlc.bin radeon/R700_rlc.bin"
I get no memory collision, but my xorg-server doesn't work (blank screen)
if I do not enter it, I get the memory collision -.-
Or if someone has a hint? HD4770 r700 chipset :)

This is solved by adding the AMD firmware to the kernel.I use fbdev for X then, which doesn't crash my x-server
//edit: ok, works with libdrm and radeon driver from x11 overlay x11-drivers/xf86-video-ati-6.12.191
which is weird, because the official is newer: 6.12.5

nevermind 6.12.191 is actual the pre-release for 6.13 and therefore the newest driver :)
